clippers, rockets trade?

someone posted on the houston rockets board that they heard about a rockets, clippers trade going down. Cant find details but someone said yao for kaman and thomas, that doesnt make sense, i dont how much validity there is to any of this, but i hope we are working on something, we need a new coach and some players with heart, i love camby, we should trade kaman for someone, and start playing Jordan, he has great energy and can help

Can't see the Rockets would propose

Yao is clearly a better Center than Kaman. He’s not spectacular, but he is less unpredictable than Kaman. I think they want to see what a TMAC-Artest-Yao combo can do. Don’t see why they would pull the trigger on such a trade. Also, TMac seems to have aged a lot and has clearly lost a step or two. I’m not sure he’s the better player now between him and Yao. TT, can’t imagine a team wanting him..sure his salary is up in two years..but still.

I love LAC.

We should hold out for more than Yao...

Hmmm Yao for Kaman and TT? I think we should play hardball and try to get T-Mac away from them as well for Ricky Davis. Maybe we should also throw in Brian Skinner for Ron Ron. But we shouldn’t stop there, I think we should try to convice Cleveland to go for a three team trade and entice them to trade Lebron for Paul Davis! Imagine our lineup then!

We would have:
PG: Baron
SG: T-Mac
SF: Lebron
PF: Camby
C: Yao

I think we should be able to win with this lineup…of course, we will probably run only set plays where nobody is allowed to move unless they have the ball and Baron needs to shoot at least 40 times a game (it’s stipulated in his contract), so I’m not sure if any of the new guys will ever get to touch the ball. But on paper, we should be better than our current squad, so it would be worth it to pursue this deal.
