If all this is indeed a done deal, Zach Randolph and Mardy Collins to the Clippers, Cuttino Mobley and Tim Thomas to the Knicks, do you like it?

I want to go on record as a begrudging, yes. Sure I wanted to save cap space for a big star in 2010. I thought the combination of big money, the LA market, the opportunity to play with Baron and Kaman, COULD, COULD POSSIBLY get us a big name (Wade, Bosh, Amare).

But I believe in the world of sports you improve as much NOW as you can. No one can tell what will happen in the future. Those big 2010 names could re-up with their current teams before then. They could face career ending injuries. You can't guarantee the future.

But you can decide if you think having Zach Randolph is ANY better than having Cuttino Mobley and Tim Thomas. I say it might not be that much better, but yes, it's better.

So what does Clipper Nation think. I want to know.
