Clipper Jersey Syndrome
It's about time that I introduced you all at ClipsNation to an ailment that afflicts numerous athletes a year: Clipper Jersey Syndrome (CJS). CJS is a detrimental condition which is caused by wearing a Clippers jersey on a basketball court. It causes uncontrollable losing, usually by way of making a stupid play at the end of games (Chicago), but sometimes the patient is spared by being blown out (Milwaukee).
These people need your help to find a cure. The only thing known to alleviate those afflicted with CJS seems to be putting on a Laker jersey (Lamar Odom). Talented players come to Los Angeles and drop like flies to CJS (Baron Davis). It is a sad thing. Doctors everywhere are convinced that even the players on the Boston Celtics could not win wearing these jerseys.
Unfortunately, this disease affects far more than just the players who have it. It affects all of the fans who have to watch the sad display put on by these players. This disease causes the players to lead these fans along, as they attempt to make the game on the floor a competitive one. However, fans with experience have come to expect the inevitable collapse, but newer fans (of which there are few) and other optimistic ones are always deflated after these losses.
As you can see, this is a serious condition. It's our duty to spread awareness so we can beat this thing.
