Livingston leaving Clippers, too?
Man, I'm torn. I really would love to see Shaun back with the Clippers. But with him admitting "having ways to go" I'm not sure signing him is the right move. And he really sounds like he wants to move on: "I feel I must evaluate my situation and see what's best for my future, especially with Elton Brand moving onto Philly."Whats up family, friends and fans! An update on my progress-Im working out in chicago and have began participating in contact drills! Im too hype just to play again and to challenge somebody other than myself, EXCITING! Thank all of you again for best wishes and prayers!! I still have a ways to go to get to where I want to be with my athletic ability, but youth is my friend for now!! As far as my contract goes, I am now a free agent and will be working out for other NBA teams in the next 2 months. The clippers have shown interest in bringing me back, but I feel I must evaluate my situation and see what's best for my future, especially with Elton Brand moving onto Philly. These are exciting times for me and Im just anxious to be competing again, I tell people, and Im telling you, I FEEL BLESSED! And that I am.....I can not thank everybody that visits this website enough for keeping up with my progress...Best wishes to you all and take care

We'll see who has interest...
I still think Shaun’s going to be a good player – some day. All indications are that he’s a LONG way from being 100%. We’ll see what teams are willing to take a chance on him. The bad news, from the Clippers standpoint, is that there are so many teams who need point guards, and the investment will likely be so small, that’s he’s going to have options. His reference to Brand is telling. Does he really want to come to a team whose best player is a point guard, and whose last two first round picks are a small forward and a shooting guard? He’s looking at being a backup for the Clippers, even if he comes back strong. He could go somewhere else, have a chance to be the starting point guard in the near future, even on a good team like Cleveland or Denver.

He's not coming back...
I listened to an interview on 570 KLAC Thursday with Joe McDonnell and he was specifically asked about how he felt about the Clipers renouncing his rights…He kinda gave the PC answer and said that he figured that was going to happen but when they asked him if he wanted to re-sign with the Clippers, he paused and basically said he was looking to for a fresh start. He added that he thought that it would be best for him to go somewhere to start fresh BUT that he was thankful for every thing the CLippers organization has done for him…
HE IS NOT GOING TO RESIGN!
I was really hoping that he was going to answer that differently but he made it extremely clear…

If he signs elsewhere he’s an ungrateful piece of shit. I’m sorry, someone had to say it.
