If Powell blossoms into a legitimate contributor off the bench for the Lakers while Brian Skinner assumes the role of Aaron Williams for our squad, it will be another punch in the gut for Clippers nation. I wasn’t that big of a fan of Powell, but I thought he had more upside than Skinner. With the Clippers cursed history, I have a sinking feelling that this will come to pass and we will be banging our heads against the wall when Powell posterize Skinner in this year’s hallway series.
