Who Do You Want
Say you were the G.M. and wanted to blow up the team. Who would you realistically like to trade for? Keep in mind with NBA rules salaries have to be close for the deals to work.
We can't trade big salaries for draft picks. I would definitely hang on to Camby. He has been the most consistent player this year and throughout his career and as far as his comment after the Philly game, I understand his frustration. Please don't trade him for Q.
E.J. is definitely a keeper and I would keep A.T. as well as he has a relatively low salary and a positive upside with the right kind of coaching and SYSTEM.
No matter what we do with personnel, we need a new system. It is stale, boring and predictable. If Dunleavy isn't willing to change, he should move (or be moved) on.
We definitely do not need another project center. One is more than enough for any team, so todays trade was puzzling no matter what happens to Camby.
Randolph with his huge salary is probably here to stay which isn't a bad thing, but he is definitely a defensive liability.
I would keep Novak, Taylor, DJ as they are cheap and can provide some spark off the bench.
Everybody else I would explore trades for.
Kaman despite his injuries has decent value around the league.
Baron has been a major disappointment, both from a playing and leadership standpoint.
Ricky Davis probably has no trade value at this point, maybe a second round pick.
Here are some of the players I would look for in a trade that are potentially available for the right price:
Kelena Azubuilke, Wilson Chandler, Jason Terry, Brandan Wright, Gerald Wallace, Raymond Felton, Paul Millsap, Carl Landry, Udonis Haslem, Josh Howard, Thaddeus Young.
Who would you like to trade and who would you like to realistically get?

ok here is my wild idea
I would like to get Bayless. Helps now and for the future. Can you see him & Gordon in the backcourt for years to come!! To make it happen we go with the trade rumor with NY & Portland. If there is truth NY will part with Lee & wants Camby and Portland wants Lee & will part with Bayless. So the trade is:
Portland gets Lee & Richardson & NY 1st round draft pick (or cash to pay for much of Richardson’s salary)
NY gets Camby & Hart
Clips get Bayless & LaFrentz
Obviously Richardson, LaFrentz & Hart are there to satisfy the cap rules and the junk each team takes to get what they want.

i wanted us to draft bayless, and i think indiana got a steal when they get him even if they were dumb enough to trade it to portland. let’s just please not be the clippers in this one and not give camby for free.

have to keep Gordon and Camby
they are the best players . I don’t think I would trade for another rookie. Maybe we could trade Kaman and extend Camby’s contract, the way he is playing he deserves it.

well he doesn't seem like a typical 34 year old
he could be like Mutombo and just play forever

The real question is:
Are we trading to get a player with Dunleavy as coach, or with him fired? Because that’s a big deal. If we were talking with him as the head coach, we’d need an athlete like and Azubuike who could create his own shot in this iso oriented offense. If not, we’re looking at a whole slew of new questions. Ugh. My brain hurts.
