Some Pics From the Warriors Game
For those citizens with no tix or tv access, here's a look at the preseason action from last night's game:
(While they say a picture is worth a thousand words, that is not the case here on Clips Nation. In order to post this I have to have at least 75 words. This is almost as annoying as those having to type weird those twisted combo words on Ticketmaster before you can buy tickets, although today I took it as a good omen when the words "eliminate" and "Philadelphia" some how popped up together when I went to check on some tickets to the upcoming NLCS. Okay, that should be 75 words. Here's the photos:)

That second pic of Gordon driving to the hoop is sweet
The NBA should extract him from this pic, tint it into a white silhouette, lay it out on a blue and red background, and make that the new NBA logo.

Thanks
I was using a Canon 40D, which is great for sports because it has a continuous shot drive on it that is like a machine gun – bam, bam, bam, bam – about 7 frames per second. You basically press the shutter when the player starts a drive and it will capture everything until you take your finger off the shutter – you can then go back and pick which shot or shots out of the bunch you want to use. Last season I used a 135mm professional lens, but I have trouble getting it into Staples center because its longer than 3 inches. I was trying out an 85mm lens that is much smaller and they’ll let in, but the photo quality doesn’t come out as good and I was having a lot of focus problems. Lots of really cool shots from this game and Portland game were ruined because everything was out of focus. Guess I’ll have to go back to trying to get in with the other lens.
