Her analysis sure is analytical. Just like all her articles , the majority of which are race related in some nonsensical way.

i agree that this description has nothing unique about it. Maybe she got her info from cnnsi’s truth and rumor mill?

Yup, Solid stuff.

Both Jemele and Jon Barry went to their Ace in the Hole. “It’s the Clippers.” Really? It is? Oh, OK.

By the way… that picture at the top with Griffin surrounded by reporters? I’m in that picture. Kind of.

They obscured me pretty well with the Clippers logo. The woman on the far left is Lisa Dillman – I’m the guy next to Lisa.

In this world, you must be oh so smart or oh so pleasant. Well, for years I was smart. I recommend pleasant. - Elwood P. Dowd

As unbelievably bad of a take that Jemele had

Barry’s was even worse.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Barry did no research at all. Even the nice thing he said about the Clips was a lazy comment, “Griffin is a lock for rookie of the year.”

yeah i hate the “its the clippers” stuff.

there are a lot of other teams that have been nearly as bad . how about the warriors. i live in warriors country and the sports analyst types seem to be way too optimistic with that team. i would not be surprised if the warriors win 20 games this year.

or the kings, or the grizzlies.

i guess the kings had one run of playoff success 8 years ago and that means the entire history of the franchise can be disregarded. same with the griz making the playoffs for maybe 2 years in a row.

but why are the clippers always the most picked on. i mean they have been bad in the past. but so have other teams. the bulls were HORRIBLE before mj.

Crow will have to taste Good for all of them at Play-offs time.

Because they will be eating it.

I don't mind the low expectations

the 05-06 team was universally projected to not do well and look where they went. While last season was supposed to be so great and well we know what happened. The clippers don’t do well with high expectations so the lower the better and plus then we get to say I told you so when we make the playoffs.

She writes for Page Two at ESPN dot com. Her schtick is kind of like Jason Whitlock. She also got into hot water a while ago for comparing a coach to Adolf Hitler.
