LeBron to the other L.A. team --- the Clippers --- for rookie Blake Griffin, Marcus Camby and Eric Gordon. Griffin is going to be a star and Gordon has promise. Camby has an expiring contract. The Clippers would finally matter. James could battle it out with Kobe for the rights to LaLa Land. David Stern and TV execs would be giggling uncontrollably.

yeah got to be the dumbest f**king trade idea haha
Ah love the bias of people who think they come up with fair trades. All this tells me is they’re worried LBJ is leaving them.

Comparable value?
Why would any team want to give up an arm and a leg for a guy who’s likely to leave them high and dry come June? I don’t see Lebron giving out verbal assurances, either… even to the Lakers (sharing a team with Kobe???). Joe Johnson for LBJ is nonsense- unless the Hawks are sure they have no chance of resigning JJ. And yea, why would the Clips think they’re an attractive candidate once they’ve sacrificed all their talent just to get him here?

Why would Lebron want to resign with us if we had traded all our assets to get him in the first place?
Hell, we are only desirable because we have those young gunners. No way in hell do we do this trade!
