Too early to throw in the towel...
Anyone scanning the comments the last few days has noticed we're already knee deep in talks about trading both or either of our small forwards, sending off Marcus Camby, and of course, firing the coach (it seems we never get far from that argument). But this team is 3 and 5, not 0 and 8, it's very early, and these guys still haven't played together much (unless 8 games is much). We've seen some real improvement on the floor over last year, I think Baron's played very well (although we'd all like to see him shoot better), Chris Kaman looks primed to have an excellent year, and Eric Gordon looks nothing less than awesome. There are also new bodies at the backup spots, a new starting small forward, and a number one pick we haven't yet seen in a game. I believe all these guys, separately and collectively need some time to find their way.
As far as the Clips Nation stalwarts, many seem to be already abandoning ship; Even Citizen Zhiv, long the beloved (if somewhat windy) ambassador of Club Optimism has vanished, either gone overboard or off brooding somewhere. Everyone seems to want to make radical changes... but by my watch, it's simply too early. The team needs time to jell. I'm for staying the course.

I totally agree.
Everyone seems ready to slit their wrists. We’re a few mistakes (and injuries) from being 4-5 and even 5-4, both very respectable records for a club trying to claw its way back to relevance. The team needs to stay motivated, not get the attitude like “here we go again”. The Jazz and Hornets are in the same boat, possibly worse ones because of the expectations lofted on them. If we can beat the Raptors, I will take 4-6 and consider things could be much, much worse. New Jersey worse!

Positive waves i like it
No jumping ship yet but this coach makes you want to jump ship. I saw the clipper vs okc
again and the coach fell asleep in the final quarter. If you watch that game in the last five
minutes you could see the same offensive set many, many, many times. Baron brings the
ball down swing it over to butler, butler trying to find Kaman in the post. Kaman gets the
ball with 7 or less seconds on the clock. Bad shot no time left. They must of ran this play
like 6 or 7 times and it wasn’t working. The coach i think doesn’t believe in pick n rolls or
maybe an occasional screen just to change it up. This is why i think we get stagnant in
the end of games. We keep running the same play and the defense is ready for it. But
i’m staying hopeful.
Im not throwing in the towel
we had a competitive team With EJ and Kaman out there. Hopefully we can get a couple wins while he is out. Then we can get back on track while the future Franchise player heals.
soon to be 3-8....
Can I borrow someone’s towel to throw in? I already threw mine in three years ago. But on the plus side, I don’t really get upset at Clippers losses anymore….because I expect them to lose. You just watch the game and wait for the inevitable collapse.

'Cause how you play, is how you'll be remembered. PLAY LOUD!
