i do have to say in my mind, he IS a 12 - 15 min per game player.

I mean 95% of the time i'd rather have baron out there, seeing as we have baron. Telfair you know wants to start, but he just isnt a starter.

good

he might choose to opt out next year and probably free up some cap space for next year.

hopefully

although it would be bad if this started ruining the team chemistry.

In Gordon we trust

All I know is that when Telfair is in..the leads diminish or the deficits increase

If his unit could build leads or cut into deficits, he would be out there more.

I was really high on Bassy coming to the Clips, however after watching him play in real games…I’m disappointed in his play.

I wouldn’t play him for more than 15 mins myself.

There’s no doubt in my mind that MDsr would like to rest BD.

+1

every time BD goes to the Bench we either loose the lead or get so far down we loose the game. I would of rather seen us keep Mike Taylor.
Maybe we can run Mardy at the 1 to rest BD and work a trade for Bassy?

LOL You guys do realize that half of the time Telfair is put into the game at the most inopportune time? Example…last night he gets minutes in the 4th quarter? What the hell do you expect as far as leads diminishing. To expect a bench player to play well on very very limited minutes and in the most crucial times of games without time to get comfortable in the game is ridiculous!

This is exactly why he should not cry about minutes,

if he can’t hang when we have a lead then how can we play him to get us the lead?

I will say this

since when is it a crime where a player wants to play more? It shows me he has that drive that Baron lacked last year. Unfortunately for Bassy, Baron isn’t doggin’ it this year.

What HV?
The point im making is his playing time is so sparse and hes put in at the wrong times. He should be getting consistent minutes every night and not just in the fourth when the intensity is at its highest and he hasnt played all game! Its a recipe for disaster.
