A Dunleavy Comparison
Seeing how a two game losing streak really bought down the spirit of Clipper nation, I thought I'd make a small fan post to try cheering people up for the holidays.
So after receiving dvds of the show The Wire, I have came to the conclusion.
This guy
this guy
William Rawls, one of the bosses at the Baltimore police department in the show The Wire. Besides these two guys looking a like, they also possess similar characteristics. Both of them are in charge but are both incompetent at what they do. Dunleavy has to report to Sterling and Rawls reports to a number of corrupted individuals. And Rawls cares about the statistical performance of his department, while Dunleavy seems like a pretty stats-obsessive guy himself.
And for anyone who hasn't seen the Wire yet, you are missing out.

I love the NetFlix
I’m currently midway through Season 4 right now (so no spoilers please!) but I’m completely blown away by that show. Just an excellent program. Not that I should be surprised that HBO had another homerun in the Wire, as I also though the Sopranos and Rome were excellent as well.
I'm just finishing up Season 4
season 3 so far is my favorite one though, I think 4 has too much going on.
The Wire is like the Best Drama Series Ever, Hands down and the nail got hit on the head with this post. Classic.
Everything starts out New, Gets Old and Dies or is Destroyed.
That was my show
forgot what Season4 was about but that is cold even Dunleavy isn’t as bad as this guy lol.
oh yeah the kids
that was my favorite little micheial went from strettyt kid on the block to being on 90210. lol
PETERGHOST IS MY NEW FAVORITE BLOGGER
Pretty impressed that someone dropped some wire knowledge here. Comparing Dunleavy to Rawls might not pump Dunleavy up much cus Rawls was a homosexual. The Wire was Barack Obama’s favorite tv show he specifically mentioned Omar Little as being the reason.
" I’m all ears Mcnulty"
haha thanks
I really wanted to put the other picture of Rawls flipping the bird but I don’t think that was appropriate. And if calling Dunleavy a homosexual gets him to become a good coach, I’ll do it too.
