Weird

Neither the Warriors nor the Clippers are in the playoffs. Well, If they were trying to advertise the Jazz. on the other hand, I don’t know… It’s probably just me but I’d say it’s the wrong choice for the video…

I know they probably meant the ad for the playoffs in general but shouldn’t they use the footage of teams that ARE actually going to the playoffs?

Saw it...

It hurts.

The point is that the dunk was epic – not just Warriors-epic, or Baron-epic, or Clippers-epic…. NBA-epic. It was a playoff moment that the NBA is trying to rekindle with the ad. But surely it comes off, certainly to us but even to the rest of the nation, as a bit of a head-scratcher. As in, Baron Davis? He stinks now. Why is the NBA advertising Baron Davis?
