The first was a semi-positivfe piece by Chris Sheridan.  He sees the Clippers as the new Blazers, loaded with young talent.  Perhaps even a playoff team.  Thinks that a lineup of Davis, Gordon, Thornton, Griffin and Camby should really compete.  Also sees the possibility that the Clippers make some moves with the surplus bigs.  Thinks they can be competetive.  Closed by saying "even the Clippers can't screw this up."

The second piece was Chad Ford's latest mock draft.  He is quoting multiple GM's as saying that the #1 pick is available for trade, as long as the recipient is willing to take Baron Davis, who is supposedly on the block.  Thinks OKC and Memphis are contenders for this since the Clippers want Rubio out of the deal.
