Dunleavy on the hot seat
According to Hoopsworld, "There likely isn't a coach with a shorter leash heading into next season than Dunleavy."

We'll see...
I just wonder if the Heath is basing this on anything other than the guy’s record over the last two seasons. Does he have any sources who say that MDsr has to perform or he’s out? Or is he just assuming the Clippers will make a move because any other team would? Of course, any other team would have made a move already, so that ‘rational actor’ theory might not work for the sometimes irrational Clippers.
“No matter which way one wishes to assign the blame, the bottom-line is that the Clippers are going to have to get off to a fast start in order for Dunleavy to keep his job. If not, expect him to be relieved of his duties as head coach and stay with the organization as a member of the front office.” I honestly don’t see that – seems like if he needs to be gone he needs to be gone, especially if we’re not sure whether to blame the coach for not getting the team to play together or the GM for putting together an incompatible group – but we’ll see.
