Breaking News - Z-Bo for QRich CLOSE!

These are from Eric Picnus of Hoopsworlds' Twitter:

Personally, I'd love to have QRich back in LA.  We could use his three point shooting and Dun seemed to understand how to use him best anyway.   He would shore up the 2-3 spot, be a fan favorite's return to LA and we'd free up room in the front court.

And seriously, we just need to move Z-Bo.  That was a trade that never should have happened.

I think LA Times is reporting it

Put it up on the main page just to play with SP a little bit.

I hope not. This will be a fantastic move for MEM. Conley, Mayo, Gasol, Z-Bo, and Gay. We’re helping another young team get better. Do not do it!

Giving a team ZBo

is never helping a YOUNG team get better.

It’s rolling in a Trojan Horse to infect the impressionable youngsters with bad habits, laziness and complete disinterest in defense. Not to mention an affinity for breaking the law.

yeah, ZBo’s TS% of 52.0% is in the words of Chuck “turrible”. especially for a big man.

let Blake get those touches.

True, they have a good lineup on paper

but no depth…we’ll see how they work it out. 4 solid scoring options on paper for sure. They were horrible defensively last year, and this wont help them.

For us though, it clears everything up. Kaman gets another chance to prove himself while Camby can continue to mentor and rebound like a mad man. DeAndre gets more time to develop. Our team chemistry basically just sky-rocketed.

Congrats.

This is a great trade. Chris Wallace cemented his status as the worst GM in the NBA.

How soon until Z-Bo and Mayo get into a fight?
