David Lee?
What's the possibility of landing David Lee to the Clippers if a team decides to do a sign and trade for Kaman?
Just wondering...
In that case, we can use David Lee at the 4 or 5. Possibly start at the 5 for a faster offense which Baron Davis can lead. He also can help add a lot of rebounds and is a better player than Kaman.
What do you guys think? Or am I just hoping for too much?

Why would we need another big man ?
and then this would severely damage the 2010 plan.
In Gordon we trust
On second thought
If it is a sign in trade I guess it would make sense the salaries would match. But no way I see this happening.

Lee
is a 20-10 player and led the league in double doubles last year. He’s also a more versatile player than Kaman
I like Lee better than Kaman
the kid actually work through diversity. Remember when people were talking about how bad the guy can be? He proved critics wrong. Also, David Lee hussles. Like I said before, I love that in a guy. The guy pretty much works hard for his money.
I would take David Lee over a lazy Kaman anyday! BUT, if Kaman was 2.0, I don’t know…
Mike Smith on Eric Gordon: "The Clippers may have found their go to scorer."
On a second note, I want Novak back!
Kaman has a trade kicker in his contract.
Not sure who pays, but if i remember correctly its substantial.
Not to mention
David Lee would be base year compensation in any sign and trade. I haven’t really considered it, but it would seem to be a difficult transaction, if not impossible.
In this world, you must be oh so smart or oh so pleasant. Well, for years I was smart. I recommend pleasant. - Elwood P. Dowd
I want to love you, BYC
But I can’t…because…the salary cap is
Shoot, its not very musical I guess.
and why would the Knicks do it?
They might end up losing Lee because they are trying to keep their cap space, taking on Kaman’s contract would essentially leave their team as is and hope Lebron likes what they have (which I doubt he will).
