He doesn’t eat red meat. That’s beef and pork – and venison and lamb for that matter. But he eats chicken and fish. Chicken is not read meat, even if it has red sauce on it.

and as we also said before white meat is much more healthy for you then red meat. Although I still will never give up my steak and ribs.
