Can Gordon and Griffin Learn Leadership from Roy

Many Clipper fans wanted certain players to lead this team. In this link there is a very good read about how an emerging shooting guard became a leader for his team. To be a leader, you might have to shift around your personality at times to become what your team responds best to, but you must always lead by example whenever you are on the court. A leader must always have good and honest character. Character is not something you can shift around; you need to constantly develop and adhere to it. Why is this significant to the Clippers? Right now Baron Davis is visibly emerging as a leader to Clipper Fans. You can see Davis huddling up his teammates on the floor and setting the intensity for this squad. The Clippers seemed to need a leader to emerge to drive them to success. The most interesting part of this whole thing to me is if Gordon and Griffin are to be the center pieces of this franchise, do they develop in a similar way as Brandon Roy? Just an interesting thing to think and read about.
