Again it is hard to accept that the Clips struggled to make this an easy win. If you have not watched the game and are only looking at the statistics/percentages, you would think that the Clips must have had a "hilarious time" winning against this "crippled" team.-58% shooting overall; 62 % shooting threes (8 of 13) ; 79% shooting foul throws; and 38 vs 28 rebounds.Surely you would say, this should be a blow out!!
Great! But you if you examine the other statistics you would be scratching your head..... Tie game at the of the 1st half?; 20 errors- 8 committed by your point guart, 4 by your shooting guard & 3 by your center all of starters!! You search further down the line and you see your team only up by 3 at the 3rd quarter; Roy, their star, only made 6 points-6 points the whole game!!
What happened? Why? why? why?
Uninspired basketball for 3 quarters that's why.
Clips started playing ONLY after watchting their 2nd team try to redeem whatever pride is left of the team.
Why the starters had a hard time overcoming the depleted team, i really cannot fathom.
Was it the presence of the other "Coach"?
