Lisa Dillman had an interesting tweet yesterday regarding Eric's post game interview. When asked about his shots, he mentioned that he only took nine and that all they did was pound it in the middle the whole game. It didn't sound like he was too happy and made me wonder about Baron and EJ's chemistry.
Is it even an issue with the backcourt or is it the coaching and gameplan that isn't integrating EJ into the offense and setting him up where he can be successful? Even in his 3rd quarter stint against Golden State, it was mostly him just penetrating and creating opportunities for himself. I never once saw Baron set up a play that put Eric in a good position.
Are they even happy to play together or is Eric sort of fed up with Baron?
I didn't really post this to make a point, this could be making something out of nothing, but at least wanted to open up a forum for discussion.
