...the worst, second the best?

Let’s go Clips… Let’s stretch our streak to three. This is definitely a winnable game. If our bigs do their job(s) rebound, box out, play defense, we should get a lot of points in the paint. We must make use of our size advantage tonight. My prediction for Kaman – 27 pts.,13 boards, 2 blocks, 4 assists.

At least I'm also a Redskins fan... oh wait. My sports life sucks.

Andrew Bogut is playing like a beast

Happy for him I liked his Defense since he came in the league but now he is putting it all together. If only my boy Jennings would sure up his shooting.

Looking forward to the coming Kaman vs Bogut showdown

If we offer him enough, hell yeah he will stay.

sounds good to me

I’m a little surprised he wouldn’t go hunting for a starting job, but IF TRUE, this is why I didn’t understand why people were crying about bringing some guys in for a look. Ya never know, maybe they like the atmosphere, the weather, the nightlife and wanna stay or at least stay in touch/give us a chance to match any offers they get. Used to be everyone wanted outta here (ron harper jail comment anyone?), it’d be nice if people didn’t look at this as a place they’re dying to leave.

As a Blazers fan

I’ve been watching a lot of Clippers games since the trade. I’m glad for Steve and Travis that they seem to be enjoying some success in their new situation. Great couple of guys.

by nikolokolus on Feb 24, 2010 10:04 PM PST up reply actions

He'll drive you nuts at times with shot selection

But he’s pretty clutch in late game situations and he definitely plays hard.

by nikolokolus on Feb 24, 2010 10:11 PM PST up reply actions

Tough to say

Steve started off the season abysmally, but by mid December, early January started looking like “steady Steve” again — overall I think he looks much better than he did most of the time in Portland because he’s actually handling the ball a lot and responsible for setting up plays vs. playing off the ball with Brandon Roy or Andre Miller. I don’t want to piss off any of you guys, but it looks like the Clips run as a team better with him at the helm versus Baron.

As for Travis, he’s been hurt pretty much all year and from what I could see tonight it doesn’t look like he’s fully got his rhythm back (though his defense didn’t look too bad — good rotations, some decent boarding)

by nikolokolus on Feb 24, 2010 10:40 PM PST up reply actions

Pftt only the Suns next, may as well call it 4 in a row

If we beat suns

then do we contemplate just resigning our team and signing our pick. Unless Dunleavy gets a verbal agreement from Lebron (although I bet Lebron would give Dun a verbal agreement then change his mind just to mess with our heads).

if you have a guy who is not bringing his A game, you can pull him for another quality player. I think thats great to have. It puts a lot less stress on everyone who plays the game. Plus is makes the game fun again.
