Isaih Thomas on a short list of coaches?

I was just listening to 710espn and they said that inside sources say that Isaih Thomas is being considered to take over as coach and GM for the clippers. He is on a short list of coaches whom the clippers are interested in. What do you guys think of this? Remember his terrible years in NY?

I would honestly rather have Avery Johnson who has proven to be a great coach. He took the Mavs to the playoffs as well as the Finals (which they ended up losing) AJ has a lot to offer and has proven to be a good coach. He might butt heads with BD cuz of his disciplinary coaching style.

I'm going Ramona

We only have two writers that follow the clippers closely, Lisa and Ramona. Fox would not shell out cash for someone to follow the clippers. I also love that he stated in the article “clippers unlikely to hire Zeke” and his justification is “hey, it’s the clippers. It could happen”.

Also Eric Pincus is saying it is false.

“pass this on – clippers are not interested in isiah thomas – coach, gm, whatever”

Isiah Thomas

He would fit in perfect with Sterling . Watch out female Clipper employees one more jackal to deal with.

Yeah multiple sources including Isiah

have said that this rumor is false.

Great Idea . . .

. . . Isiah Thomas sounds great. We’ll also get Iverson, Arenas, Critterton and Stephon Marbury. Seriously?! Isaih Thomas? Getting him to coach the Clippers would be like Getting Michael Vick to run a shelter for abused & abandoned dogs. Not even Donald Sterling would be that daring.. I hope…
I don’t think Larry Brown would be interested in coming back to L.A. but he is the best coach the Clippers ever had. If you can’t get him, I think Avery Johnson would do an eccelent job. Also, Sam Cassell or Byron Scott.

No Thanks

The guy killed an entire league all by himself, the CBA. Imagine what he’d do with the Clips. Oh the humanity!!!!
