What's a Flagrant 1, as opposed to 2?

Flagrant 1 = two free throws and ball out of bounds
Flagrant 2 = same, plus ejection and review by the league for possible fine and/or suspension

turnovers,zero defense,terrible team chemistry…im not sure which one is the main culprit for this team

something about these two teams i guess
last game they played in LA was a no blood no foul streetfight. i’ve seen more fouls called at the park in pick-up games than in that one. wonder if it was the same crew.
