Is this not possible today?  Can't the Clips pay Lebron $10 M / year as a player and $10 M as a coach while saving salary cap money for another good free agent?  The assistant coaches can help run the team while most of the plays are called for Lebron anyways.  How many championships did Russell win as a player-coach?  Can't the Clips get around the salary cap this way?   If this is what it takes....    What say you?
