Here we are with less than two hours to go til the launch of the greatest free agent period in NBA history...and we don't have a coach.  "Yes, LeBron. We have a state-of-the-art  premier practice facility, the phenom #1 pick from last year, one of the top rookies from the year before, Baron "Boom Dizzle"; entertainer extraordinaire and an all-star Kaveman"...looking around DTS, Roeser and Olshey's shoulders, smiling LeBron replies "Where's coach?"... Olshey begins to respond "Well.." and DTS interrupts with a Chesire cat grill  "..We wanted you to pick the coach!!" ...."WTF!" LeBron glares...  This is our manifest destiny chaps!
