Bring in Iverson!!!
T-Mac Or Allen Iverson
Could help this team
Dont listen to the naysayers
People here say the Clips passed on T Mac.. How do they know that ????
Naysayers say DTS brings in guys past their prime well if they are at a good price and can bring fans and some excitement scoring why not...
Admittedly i liked RICKY DAVIS who had been a real scorer for many teams through the years but i guess age caught up with him cause last year he was total bust so i may not be the best judge on this one but to me i would love to see Iverson in a Clipper Uni!!

In the words of many wise men before me...
DO NOT WANT.
At least I'm also a Redskins fan... oh wait. My sports life sucks.
In 2006, maybe
in 2010, no.
By the way, I have seen every current NBA star play live, but AI is the most impressive player I have ever seen in person. It was incredible to watch the smallest guy on the floor score just about whenever he wanted.
And that was when he played in Denver after age 30.
Do not worry. (Matthew 6:27)
I saw him torch the Clippers when he was in Philly...
Unbelievable how small but fast he looks compared to everyone else…
There was reportedly a trade on the table...
as recently as ’06, just months before Shaun Livingston tore his ligaments…it was going to be him and Corey Maggette for Iverson. I believe, if I remember correctly, it was the Clippers that turned down the deal.
As for the present-day Iverson…there’s really no need for him on this particular team. He, like T-Wack, his time has come and gone. Allen’s better off going to Miami to join Wade and his cronies in chasing a ring.
he made mephis and philly so good last season though
I hope sarcasm translates in text format.
MAN THIS GUY WASN'T HERE LAST YEAR
Even the Clippers, those longtime losers, thought they could be a player this summer.
I wanted T-Mac, but the Clips said "Thanks, but no thanks." The Bullls did the same.
We have Davis, Gordon and Foye. How are we and why would we bring in Iverson to split up 96 minutes between 4 players? Iverson was a great player in his prime and could still be a decent player today if he understood his role. He’s not the man anymore, but he can’t seem to get that. He doesn’t want to be a bench player. He said he couldn’t be a bench player and would rather retire than be one. Has he changed his tune? I’d rather find out from afar and watch him on someone else’s team. If he could accept a Terry/Crawford/Ginobili role, then he could be valuable to a lot of teams. He has yet to show that.
why not T mac and AI?
Its not like we’re gonna have a shot with the NBA title…….

Definitely TMac
AI is different, he’d have to accept a bench role as he’s clearly a inferior player to EJ and Baron now. TMac beating out rookie AFA and Gomes would hardly be a surprise.
Interesting article from a Magic Blogger about TMac’s amazing run in Orlando.
