How much would it take to get Deandre Jordan?
I was just thinking about that randomly and I have no idea what you guys would want since you have all your positions pretty stacked. Would you guys need someone really good? Would you sell low? Does the FO like him? He seems to be in limbo as a guy with big upside but will be behind your franchise player and all star center. Do you guys think he is a future starter for you guys or can be a starter in the NBA?

oops meant to post more
I definitely wouldn’t want to trade DJ for another project and I would also want to see how he plays with BG who made him look very good at SL two years ago.

The odds of him panning out are becoming more and more bleak
I give him this year to figure it out, and at the very least, become serviceable in a niche. If he can continue block shots, rebound, and pick up garbage points (while limiting turnovers), he will be worth his salary for awhile. And, he does seem to enjoy the clips and ill place a bit of value in that.
according to Sterling
Clippers had a chance to trade him for a first rounder this season and didn’t (Sterling, in typical tone deaf fashion, threw DJ under the bus by saying he would have done it). Of course, we don’t know how high a pick that was, but we do know that the FO currently values him higher than, say, the 30th pick. I’m actually assuming it was a mid first rounder, probably around where 17 where the Clippers got Bledsoe, since we know they were shopping around for a pick there.
I think the Clippers take a lottery pick for him. Any other deal you have to take salaries into consideration. A ‘starter’ can be making $2M or $12M… but they’d certainly trade him for a starting 3 with a non-horrible contract.

Any chance it was DeAndre for the first from OKC?
seeing that Deandre makes less than $1 Million, OKC would most likely have given Jordan a spot than a player like Royal Ivey.

I see DJ's upside being like...
Tyson Chandler. I think id we traded him, it would be part of a package
Patience w/ DJ
I think the jury is still out on DJ until we see him w/ Blake Griffin. I think they could be really good together. Lets wait to see that combo.
