Doesn't amaze you how sudden and relevant the Clippers have become in the NBA? It amazes me how even radio announcers (other than John Ireland who thinks the Lakers rule the world), ESPN analysts, and sources have paid so much attention to this team. Kudos for Neil Olshey for putting his foot down on that deal for Chris Paul. That deal would've killed ruined and given up half the roster. Chris Paul is great, but no Kobe or Lebron.
I think a starting lineup of Billups, Gordon, Butler, Girffin, Jordan/Kaman is so strong to compete. You also have Williams, Foye, Aminu, and either kaman or jordan backing them up with leslie and thompkins and gomes in the back. THIS IS A SOLID LINEUP.
Props to the FO for finally getting this beloeved franchise in the correct direction. I absolutely agree that Sterling has been willing to invest in this team, and NO is doing a hell of a job as GM. It's time TO MAKE LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS NATION, tired of the Lakers, tired of their ugly, self centered, egotistical fans, and everything about them.
