The "new Los Angeles Clippers are the team of the future", you can read the headlines across the basketball universe. The future of this franchise promises to be exciting and successful. It's fan base have never been more relevant or captivated, even the Lakers, from management, to players, to fans everywhere, are taking notice, and that in and of itself is astounding. With all this attention and hype, comes expectations. Expectations none greater than the ultimate goal: A championship. The window of opportunity is two years, after which time, Griffin and Paul will decide their fate. With so much hanging in the balance, I raise this question. Can we afford to blow this opportunity with VDN at the helm?
