interesting

Olshey admits that trading EJ was less about meeting Stern’s demands and more about recognizing that it would be hard to re-sing him anyway. I like the move even more if thats the case.

Billups

I guess if having both Blllups and Paul works out this year, not having Gordon allows the Clippers to give an extension to Billups. So it looks like we will see the full effect of not having Gordon by what the Clippers do with their salary from now through the offseason. They now have that extra flexibility though.

Reggie and Madeline went out for a nice steak dinner after this interview.

Agreed - stupid

OT:But didn't really want to start a brand new thread

The Kings are doing pretty well against the Blazers; I’m impressed.

Minnesota was doing pretty decent against MIL; they just gave up like 30+ more shots to the Bucks….

They could start 0-6

They have a tough early sked, but i think they are going to figure it out and be a decent team. Too much young talent and a great coach.

They Have 2.75 NBA Players + One

Love
Williams
Rubio .75 because he can’t shoot or score.

The rest of the roster is terrible, okay Ridnour is only mediocre. But Beasley is still a bum who does nothing to help his team win regardless of how many points he scores.

To be fair they have Barea who is 0.5, but then I think you have to subtract 1 for any team that starts Darco Milicic

Fair Enough

I forgot about about him.

Hard to remember where everyone plays where this early in the season.

People Usually Seem To Either Love or Hate His Game

No doubt he can score and rebound okay for a SF.

However he has just never impressed me as a player who regularly helps his team win because of his weaknesses on the court.

It is definitely entertaining to watch him play,

Interesting that Olshey said the T-Wolves would make the jump

Confirms what some were saying about how the T-Wolves pick wasn’t perhaps as valuable as once thought.

Remembers when you could buy a nosebleed ticket at the Sports Arena and end up courtside.

interesting that NO realized the 3 position needed to rebound more!
