At the end of the game a camera shot goes to Vinny standing near the scorers table handing out "fives" for the win, in comes Blake, Vinny has his hand out and Blake walks and as he gets to Vinny's outstretched hand he turns his head and shoulders away from Vinny while pushing his hand away with his elbow. 

Blake walks off and you see Vinny's head follow Blake with his hand out and Vinny seems to try to call Blake's name. The camera gives another shot at Blake getting a towel or something.  He gives five to someones hand that you can barely see.  I re-played this sequence about 10 times reading body language and the whole scene.  Just didn't seem normal.  I can go on with quite a few things to support this kind of setting but I want to know if anyone else saw this.

Was Blake mad with sub rotations? I've seen Vinny write up plays and everybody is listening in and Blake is looking out to the court ready to walk away.  I've seen Blake get almost disrespectful to Vinny while on the court and he gets subbed out when he doesn't want to.  It's not just Blake being hyper competitive, because there is a difference between that and having no respect for your coach.
