Should the Warriors have tried to trade for Baron? Would the Clippers have done the deal?

Interesting read, the writer speculates that the Warriors should have tried to trade for Baron at the deadline. He also believes that there package would have been better than what we received from Cleveland? Vlad Rad & Dan Gadzuric for Baron and the 2010 1st round pick I'm curious to hear your opinions. Would you rather have the expiring contracts of Vlad and and Dan or Mo Williams? I personally prefer Mo Williams, we still have plenty of cap space in the 2011 offseason, we need some talent on the roster rather than expiring deals.. Cap space is worthless if you are a bad team, we learned last yr you can have all the cap space and young talent in the world, but no big free agent will come to a team unless they are close to winning. In my opinion, making a run at Dwill, CP3, and Howard next season all hinges on the play of the team. Even with our young assets and cap space none of those guys will be interested if we are in the lottery again, making the playoffs is very crucial and Mo Williams gives us a better chance to make the playoffs than expiring contracts like Dan Gadz and Vlad Rad.
