Most and Least Overpaid Clippers

In discussing Al-Farouq Aminu on the front page thread, the idea of overpaid vs. underpaid Clippers came up.  I was inspired based on this Berri article from 2010 to run the analysis for the current Clippers.  Per Berri:

we see that the NBA spent $1.976 billion on players in 2009-10. The players produced 1,230 regular season wins, so the "value" of each regular season win is $1.607 million.

I recreated the schedule from that link using the same "win worth" value of $1.6MM from 09-10. Since none of the websites I use for salaries (shamsports, hoopshype, or bb-ref) show pro-rated salaries of players aquired or traded this year, I didn’t evaluate Baron, Butler, Mo, Collins or Moon. Win values were taken from Berri's Win Produced (provided by Nerd Numbers),  Hollinger's EWA, and Basketball Reference's Win Shares
