according to this guy, every team in the nba would have a shot at getting #1 overall pick....since there is no precedence, in the NBA of a lockout/draft, they may follow the NHL draft after their lock out.....if he were to be right, this would suck for us big time! the value of our minny pick would drop drastically, ruining our chances of getting stars like chris paul, or deron williams ..... ... .......
