Do you mean the Lakers who are 0-4 since the birth of the Heatles

vs the Clippers who are 2-1 against them? Or Blake who is 2-1 against Lebron and Kobe is 2-10?
Just checking.

I don't live in the past

except when I beg old girlfriends for their forgiveness.

Kobe just gotta say
“Now this is a story
all about how my life
got twisted upside down
and id like to take a minute
just sit right there
ill tell you how i became the prince
of a town called LA

In west Philadelphia
born and raised
on the playground my momma said
most of my days
chilling out, maxing
and relaxing all cool
and all shooting some b-ball
outside of school
when a couple of girls
they looked so good
we started making out in my hood
i got in one little fight and my wife kicked me out
she said your moving
in with Chris Paul in Bel-Air

i whisted for a cab and when it came near
the license plate said fresh
and had dice in the mirror
if anything i could say that this cab was rare
but i thought nah, forget it
yo home to bel-air!

i pulled up to a house about seven or eight
i yelled to the cabbie yo home, smell you later
looked at my kingdom, i was no longer the best
to see Chris Paul on my throne as the King of Los Angeles

My friends boss sold him the house. It was a nice commission.

by Edmund81 on Jan 19, 2012 8:06 PM PST via mobile reply actions

I'm guessing around 15%

which would be about 1.2 mil. Not bad for one transaction.

Probably 4-6%

Yeah you are probably right

15% is probably way too high.

Probably 15%

Trust me, I’m never wrong.

or have ever sold real estate.

6% is max that is usually negotiable in high end salisting.

15% is a bit ridiculous

Not sure about these “super mansions” but most transactions in CA are in the 3-6% range.

It's definitely 15%

I checked my magic 8 ball.

You are precisely the reason

I am trying to talk my daughter out of going to LMU.

That’s ironic because my 8 ball was from my LMU Professor for Supreme Knowledge About Everything 205. He also teaches Misunderstanding Irony 101.

I Wonder If CP3 Will Redesign The Interior

If he does who be his interior designer?

Lot of good ones in Los Angeles

hard to pull off

a classy red, white, and blue color scheme though, haha.

good to know .:...

But who doesn’t want to own a home I’m LA, you don’t have to work out here to own a home out here. If he went to NY, that would just be his LA pad. Or…he could just put it up for sell like Lavigne and the Barkers did.

…..but I would like to pretend it meant he’s “sold”.

yeah i mean, KG lives in malibu in the offseason.

another nice thing for him is his agent works here. my cousin is basically an office assistant at CAA and i remember him being all excited just seeing CP3 in the office last season.

of course he is a laker fan, and is now bitter haha.

I dunno

He’s always talking about how he’s an East Coast guy, and I believe he lived in NOLA year-round. And these days a house like that is not easy to sell. Sounds like he’s settling in for a while!

Maybe It Is A Real Estate Investment?

This wouldn’t be a bad time to buy a home. Interest rates are still low and prices probably won’t go too much lower.

by Buddahfan on Jan 20, 2012 12:34 PM PST up reply actions

Probably a good sign

I remember when FElton listed his house for sale and no one was worried because he wasn’t going to leave, he just wanted to change houses… so let’s keep an eye on this one to make sure its not placed on the market in the future ;)
