Chris' Pad

I saw some comments in a fanpost and I just wanted to clarify some things. Some details on Chris Paul's New House. It is located in Bel AIr Crest Listed at $8,999,999.00 The commission is 2.5 %. If the house sold at asking price the Agent who reps Chris would get $225,000 minus their split which goes to their company. IE. the broker would get probably 20% of that. If the agent who had the listing "double ended it" listed it and found the buyer, they would get the full commission of 5% unless they agreed to take a cut because they are indeed representing both parties. It is located on 2180 Stratford Cir. You can't get up there but you can google map it. Beautiful place to live and EXTREMELY Exclusive.

Thanks for the info

but I think I am more inclined to follow Erik O’s ouija board and magic 8 ball that both confirmed a 15% commission.

15% commission is the truth.

It’s been confirmed by both my Magic 8 ball AND an octopus I found that can tell you how much commission a real estate agent will get on a particular piece of property. He puts pennies into a jar and then closes said jar. He cannot predict the outcome of playoff games, as he picked Denver over New England.

Did you notice on ESPN Pregame tonight

the new segment called The Magic 8 Ball? Magic Johnson does NBA predictions on it.
I think our next Poetland is “Erik O’s Magic 8 Ball.”

Let's pool our money and see if we can buy part of his porch.
