I kinda liked the Clips unis but found the Grizzlies (TAMS) unis distracting to watch.
"Great Balls Of Fire, Reggie's Back!"
Perfect opportunity for a poll... and I hate polls.
I liked the baby blues. I felt like half the Grizzlies luggage got lost in transit and they wound up with pants from one uni and jersey from another.
Grizzlies
I felt like they were in a rec league and they had reversible Green/Gold jerseys and green shorts. It was like a scrimmage with my high school team in 1980. “Perrin, Wicks, Sutton, Borowski, Beale, Robbins – you guys are blue. The rest of you switch to gold.”

This
I made the exact same comment to my buddy while watching the game. Felt like my old JV scrimmage with the reversible jerseys except we had maroon and yellow.
Remembers when you could buy a nosebleed ticket at the Sports Arena and end up courtside.
I liked the powder bule unis
very retro, I was worried the funky lettering would stand out but it really just blended in.

Really liked their Stars unis
I’m just glad to see some alternatives out there. Not that there’s anything wrong with the red and white uniforms. Hopefully they bring back the blue alternatives next year.

The uniforms...
The Clippers’ Stars throwbacks weren’t too bad, my only beef with them is the “LoS ANGeLeS” wordmark on the front…too goofy looking. The Grizzlies’ Tams wouldn’t been terrible if they stuck to a single color (either all yellow or all green).
By the way, the TNT broadcast, which is arguably the best National NBA broadcasts, was terrible last night. Kerr was okay, but Reggie was just unlistenable, and Dick Stockton needs to retire—great broadcaster in his prime (’70-90s with CBS and Fox), it was hard for him to keep with the teams.
Also, Barkley is not a believer in the Clippers like he used to be. I guess all the hype turned him off
He made such an effort to repeat over and over how Clips were ‘not even best team in their own building’. And how Griffin is the ‘3rd best PF in the league, behind Love and Aldridge’. At least Shaq and Kenny were more subjective, saying Clips were a team in progress, need better half court offense but have the pieces to be a great team.

And we're not even the best team in Texas!
Lol.

I'd take third best
Not to mention that he’s played fewer than 100 NBA games and those guys have a lot more. Did he think third best was an insult? Did you?

True, Griffin still in early stages
I would definitely take third best at this point, but Charles should at least admit that Griffin has the potential to be one of the best players in the league sooner or later, he was a big Griffin cheerleader last year. . . .and good as Aldridge is, isn’t he really just a jumpshooter on offense?
Anyway, Charles just has this very demeaning attitude toward the Clips this year that i wouldn’t expect from him. . .had to vent a bit

I loved Reggie as a player, but not as a commentator.

+1
…and he’s from my town. So him hating on the Clips bugs but it’s understandable since he grew up a Laker fan in the Lakers backyard.

Clippers yes nice jerseys
but the Australian national team jerseys should of been left after the last Olympics. No one should wear those ever again
i liked both.
The Grizzles were great. All these black unis suck. Their dare to be different retro was…wait for it; refreshing.

I said it before
but I loved the stars jerseys. Did you check out CP’s matching shoes?
Anyone know if they'll be selling these?

They were selling Blake’s starting at the Clips/Lakers game on Wednesday. I picked one up that night, without even know that they were going to where them against Memphis.
I want to get the CP3 one :D
I’ve got plenty of Blake jerseys already in my closet haha

They are $110 at the TeamLA store!
Tempted to pick one up but the crazy price + I need a CP3 jersey turned me away.

Grizzlies
were kinda so bad that they were good, haha.
This whole game did look a bit like a Washington Generals v. Harlem Globetrotters. CP3 should’ve pantsed Marc Gasol at the line, and blake should’ve thrown a fake bucket of water at Reggie, haha.
i loved the Clips one
but the griz one not so much
the best blue clipper jersey
Was the one they wore in mother Russia that had the red white and blue lines going down the ribs. They made the yuck blue sick.
That’s when the Russian women said Paul Davis was a sexy beast.

i bought it at the game! haha

i was hoping to get a Jordan jersey…but didnt find any….i wanted to avoid getting Griffin (since i knew a lot of people were going to be wearing his)…but a Griffin ABA Retro…now that is cool. so i splurged! lol
i hope they come out with the white ones…the one that says “STARS” on it.

They are as they will be the away team for one of those retro nights.
