sounds like waived by the team

up to him if he wants to play d-league again, but don’t think it’s a d-league assignment by the Clippers. I think he’ll be back in the d-league hoping to get called up again by some team this season. Think it’s too late to join anyone in Europe.

Writing was on the wall

Clips have a lot of guards sign to guaranteed deals. With Bledsoe coming back he was the odd man out. Unless the Clips trade Bledsoe/Mo or suffer another rash of injuries to their PGs Fortson won’t be coming back. Maybe some other team saw something they liked in the limited minutes he played and he gets picked up. Good luck Lil Wayne!
