It would be incredible to get Jerry Sloan as our next head coach. Nash-Griffin are literally improved versions of Stockton and Malone.

And wouldn't it be something to have Karl Malone tutoring Blake? Like Pat Ewing and Dwight and to some degree Kareem and Bynum (although I doubt that's really paid off too much).

I'm assuming you mean CP3-Griffin not Nash-Griffin

Paul and Griffin improved versions of Malone?

I know they are good, but I think that is a bit of an over statement as of now.

But regarding this.

I think VDN has done a pretty good job these past few games, but still, if at the end of the season Sloan and Malone are available, you can’t pass that up.

Wow...

If vinny doesn’t come up with a play better than a pick an roll, hes out. I thought he was a good coach when he tooked chicago to the playoffs. Then I saw the next year that it was all D Rose and Vinny didn’t have much to do with it.

Not only you get Sloan who will be a good coach. I would love to see if Malone can teach BG how to deliver the mail.

Honestly, our pick and rolls aren't extremely effective either.

Griffin doesn’t always roll like he should, maybe it is because he is tired, or maybe because he wants to shoot it, I don’t know. All I know is that it can be 3x better than it is now.

I was talking about this somewhere recently, but I don't remember where atm.

With Sloan as the coach that there would be a great possibility that Malone would be an assistant. He could be the perfect mentor Blake and really help take his game to another level. So to hear this from the horses mouth is great news.

I like Vinny as a person, but we should totally go after Sloan if this team has the opportunity to. Sloan is one of the greatest of all time and could be what we need to put us over the top. I’ll still give Vinny until the end of the season, but I’d keep my options open unless we just totally exceed expectations.

No disrespect to Vinnie… but we should totally do that.

Jerry Sloan AND Karl Malone to teach the bigs (especially Blake) some stuff, some basics here, some mind stuff there, that should work great.
