You know what isnt good though
The main story on Yahoo’s NBA page being about how pissed EG and Kaman are about being traded. EJ says that Olshey lied to them, and Kaman just sounded mad about not getting any warning.
I actually kind of feel for them, especially since I am pretty sure Olshey did say the roster was done after the Billups pickup- and then promptly made the CP3 deal.
That will die down soon

why the rockets prefer Hill to Dalembert I don't get
Your capslock is stuck, please buy a new keyboard
because Dalembert is out of shape and doesnt know the playbook
and Dallys offensive game is so putrid its not much of an upgrade

Hill knows the playbook and is in shape
Dalembert would just plod for about 10 minutes before tiring out. If you watched him against the Lakers the other night you would see why he isnt playing much
like i said with Dally out of shape in addition to his already atrocious arsenal in the low post it not much of a downgrade

VDN Should ease in the 2nd unit.
I don’t like his put Mo in then put everyone else in. I can live with Gomes and Foye if they are playing on the starting 5.
He is leaving Billups in too long
The guy is 35, with tons of miles on him, and coming back from injury. We are up by 17 points.
35 isnt that old! plus Chauncey sat a lot of pine in early career
he has a lot of mileage left,,,, now Kobe is another story
I like Chandler Parson.
I had hoped we drafted him this year.
he'll prove to be a gem

Team is strarting to jell
it’s scary to see how we look in March.
It's scary to see how gassed we will be with these rotations.
Our schedule has been extremely light lately, and VDN is playing our guys WAY too much.
lets hope he is just trying to build chemistry among the starters...
as bad as the bench has been, at least they mostly played together last year
I think they want as much time on the floor together
as they can get now the schedule is light

Where the heck is Solomon?
Hasn’t VDN learned that Cook is pure garbage?
He has missed 2 shots and committed 2 fouls.
Quite the efficient one!
Hopefully he'll get some time in the 4th, if we can get the lead back up to 25

I would rather see Solomon Jones off of one day with the team than see Brian Cook right now
I am fine with Gomes, who does useful things somewhat frequently. But Cook just drives me bananas.
How often does he make those 3s?
He should stop but he won’t.
and he is playing great!

I'm liking Thompkins
He puts his hands up to EVERY Shot. He also fights for any ball close to him. I would like to see more of this guy.
Cookie... really?
Another layup missed? You are just lucky Thompkins cleaned up your miss.

when bledsoe comes back...
how is he gonna even get any minutes??
He is gonna get traded
I think at this point we need Mo much more than him if we are trying to be a contender. Foye cant play backup PG, and Bledsoe is too erratic to get too many minutes on a contending team.
he will grab alot of minutes in blowouts.
CP3 doesnt need 39mpg.
foye doesnt need 18
chauncey doesnt need 33
29 is about right for Mo.
too erratic to play for a contending team
J.J Barea?
Mario Chalmers?
Shannon Brown?
Ron Artest?
Eddie House(when he was on Boston)?
Eddie House was good back then, as was Ron Artest
Barea is not great, but he fit well in Dallas. Brown and Chalmers are good comparisons I guess, but Chalmers was not important for most of last year.
foye mins gets cut Mo slides to the two

@LarryCoon
Larry Coon
So did Brian Cook get an assist on that missed layup that Trey Thompkins put back? You know Thompkins was 100% sure Cook would miss it…
I think we can all agree.
Thompkins > Gomes and Jones > Cook
I think Thompkins can become an efficient 3.
I don’t see why not. He has size, speed, a decent shot, and he is a solid passer.
I think he played fine
I think Trey played better and I think he can easily fit into the 3 spot.
so much for that 2009 draft lottery hey rockets?

I think our 1st team had pretty stellar defense.
Our 2nd team had weak defense and their 2nd team had weaker offense. I think our 1st team played pretty solid D. Only reason it wasn’t a blowout during the first quarters was becasue Lowry shooting lights out
CP3= TRUE Leader.
His answer is always defense. I like that :)
I could get used to this! :)

Good win
for everyone. We held the rockets to 89 points, 46% shooting. Good game for everyone besides Cook(1-6). Solomon didn’t do anything but he at least got his feet wet on the NBA court for the first time in months. Trey was the only player save cook and jones to shoot below 50%, but he was the #2 option down the stretch, and he will never get to that point in valuable minutes.
Paul with 20 points 10 assists
Mo with 7 points 7 assists.
When you get that kind of production from your floor leaders, you will probably win.
Also, both Jones and Thompkins looked far better than Cook, especially Thompkins. He also might dig into Gomes spot at the 4 position, but Gomes will still get his minutes at the 3.
On line
Is there such a place online to watch a replay?
Normally the replay the Clippers game either later in the evening or sometimes the next day on primetime
If you dont live in LA, then I have no clue.
game is usually replayed on primeticket
unfortunately the game was televised on fox sports west tonight
Can you imagine if Butler was actually making his shots earlier on?
It would have been a blowout since the second quarter!
Solomon Jones
Is so new that he doesn’t even show up on the boxscore… weird, I wonder where his stats went if he had any, I saw he missed at least one shot
He looks like Kevin Durant on the court.
Literally :P, if you weren’t paying attention you may say he is Kevin Durant. Tall and he has those long long strides.
Dammit!!
I missed the game! I’m hearing that Leslie played today. How did he look?
