I've relocated from my hometown of Long Beach, California to Washington, DC for college. I have a television and basic cable included in my dorm room (espn, abc, etc) and I have decent internet speed.

Purchasing NBA League Pass isn't really an option. Is there anyway I can reliably watch the games that aren't "nationally" covered?
