I know this post will never change the Del Negro haters out there, and I'm sure that after this winning streak is over, and the Clips happen to lose 3 or 4 games in a row shortly afterwards, that most of those haters will post calling for VDN's head and calling for his firing. I understand that, and there's no point arguing about that. Once a hater always a hater IMO. But regardless, I think VDN deserves A LOT of credit for their recent success, even after losing 4 games in a row early in the season. So much expectations are handed to this team, and VDN didn't panic and kept his cool and didn't bow down on public pressure in changing the lineup or whatever during that minor losing streak. I'm not a VDN fan per se, but I firmly believe in continuity and consistency. Teams go through high points and low points, and successful teams are ones who triumph on those low points (see Miami Heat in their first full season with the Big 3). When fans are calling for his firing, I firmly disagreed, because firing him and his staff means starting all over again, breaking that consistency, and bringing back that "culture" of rotating head coaches that can repel the team's appeal. Also, the fact that VDN has let these players play and not micromanage (so I hear from the recent articles and quotes I've been seeing from Crawford, Barnes, Paul, etc with regards to "trust") has been big ...

So anyway, I just want to say, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK Vinny. Haters will always hate, but just keep your cool and focus and you will bring this team to continued success.
