As the schedule gets more brutal we will need Ryan Gomes (unfortunately)

In the not too distance future players will start to get gassed with the condensed schedule and others will have to step up and oput in some minutes. I am a little bit bewildered by what Solomon Jones role is. I still do not know if he is a scorer, rebounder or just a body our there.

I'm all for the Brian Cook DNP, but i'm indifferent on the Ryan Gomes DNP

while Cook is a disaster and we have a better stretch four with more potential in Trey Thompkins…..Ryan Gomes is a lone asset

Ryan may not be that good…but he sure isn’t that bad, as long as he’s not asked to do too much. If anything he is a body on the floor to spell caron. the 3-guard/4-guard lineup will not work all the time. sometimes size trumps talent and that is where Gomes comes in because there really isnt anyone else out there that could body up against opposing tall SG/SF

so until we get someone better, i believe we can still win some good games when Gomes plays

Cook on the other hand….I cringe

As much as we hate on Gomes, he’s actually a good defender. He’s just crappy everywhere else.

No Cook goes along way for me,

Cooks need to stay in the Kitchen. Wonder if he is a Good Cook, maybe there is hope after the season so he is not unemployed.

he's probably as good of a cook as Ricky Davis
