Billups tells Woj: I will be back...
"This team has really been coming together, everybody’s role is being defined and the newness of it all had worn off... This team will be fine. It’s still going to be really good."
"I’m focusing in a major way on coming back, and, without a doubt, my career is not over. You will see me again," he said. "I know that. You will see me playing again."

Nice
I just posted this (didn’t see it already here). Good for Chauncey though, maybe he’ll resign with the Clippers at a lower rate.
Help us Altered Beast you're our only hope.
Hell yeah!
True heart of a winner. It’d be nice to see him playing again next year or later on in the season (if he heals fast enough).
Clipper since '06
Dang. I wish this guy had been with the Clippers for the last ten years.
I appreciate him so much as a man and a player. All the best to him in his recovery and comeback.

Just read a article on la times about vinny talking about billups and how professional and a standup guy he is. Im pretty bummed and I can’t blame if the players come outflat vs cavs. From the article, it seems martin will play weds and chauncey will help coach from now on. Wish him a speedy and full recovery

Ralph, "Last year so often with Blake Griffin you would see these things coming, with Paul, he's so crafty, all of a sudden boom there it is."
"I'll be back!"
I have heard that somewhere below.
"Cheikh Samb, the player who allowed us to emotionally move on from losing Keith Closs"
