I am not a fan of Vinny as an X and O guy
but I was glad to see him call out the team last nite, CP3 included. If they miss a home seed by one game they could be haunted by this game. I also think he was setting the table for the Philly game as they will get blown out if they are not 100% engaged.
"Cheikh Samb, the player who allowed us to emotionally move on from losing Keith Closs"
They play Philly, Charlotte and Dallas for the rest of the road trip right?
1-2 would make this a 3-3 trip. Past years I would take that, but 3-3 feels like a fail with this team.
it is a fail for this team
no question.

Just saying this loss could haunt them
Clippers play 4 out of 5 last games of the season on the road.
"Cheikh Samb, the player who allowed us to emotionally move on from losing Keith Closs"
Yah only excuse is the loss of Billups

Hey Griffin

Yeah K-Mart was all over the Cavs that one foul on Blake last night.
No doubt if he’s in the game and Blake gets fouled hard, he’s gonna kick some ass and take names.

The article on Mo is unsettling
But it’s TJ Simers, so I take it with a grain of salt.

Over the 76ers last eight games Brand has scored 46 points and had 40 rebounds
He played in six of those eight games for per game averages of 7.7 PPG and 6.7 RPG
I Don't Rember The Injury

..
However, according to BasketballReference.com Nixon missed both the entire 86-87 and 87-88 seasons
“We need all of our players to play hard on the defensive end, have a defensive mind-set instead of worrying about how many touches they get and all that stuff that losing teams talk about,” Del Negro said. “We have to focus in on what we control and that’s our effort, our energy, our focus and how to win games. We didn’t do that tonight and that’s what I’m disappointed about.”…
“But we have to move on with that. That would just be an excuse. Guys in there are pros, they are paid to play and we did not play like pros tonight.”
Somewhere along the line since his days with the Pistons someone may have said that about Billups, but if they did it wasn’t said very often. This is one of those intangibles that Billups brings night in and night out that can not just be discarded because his two point FG% sucks.
