With their defense still sitting in the bottom third of the league, the Clips need all the help they can get on offense from Griffin to outscore their opponents (some average-quality defense would help, too). But with a large portion of the cap tied up in an offensively challenged center and a few aging gunners on the wings, MVP levels for their two stars -- even if neither will officially make it there -- are necessities.
