While watching Game 7 we all heard the Memphis crowd chant "Beat LA" and as Mike Van Gundy said "who would have ever thought we would hear that chant for...the Clippers", well NBA that day is here! With all the talk about flopping, whining, more calls from the refs, CP3 should be a Laker the list goes on, the bottom line BE AFRAID BE VERY AFRAID NBA! I remember hearing from so many NBA analysts (especially haters Jon Barry, Greg Anthony, C Web and Reggie Miller) Memphis is the team NOBODY in the West wants to play in the first round, Memphis is the hottest team going into the playoffs (nba.com)lack of experience except for CP3 the Clippers have no chance of going deep in the playoffs (PTI-ESPN). The Elephant in the room is nobody really wants to say, or give credit too, THE CLIPPERS are really a very good team and now an Elite 8 in the NBA so far this year! After playing as a TEAM they worked through the first round (even free throws BG)against a team everybody said we had no chance of beating. My thought for the nay sayers, are we looking at a Clippers-OKC or Lakers WCF ( the real Battle for LA)? The reason being, the rest of the teams in the playoffs don't play BULLY BALL like Memphis and that's why nobody else wanted too play them in the first round (that's how they beat SA in the first round last year)the Clippers grew up and got physical Offensively and Defensively and learned how to play finesse and BANG if need be! They actually can beat SA by utilizing EB on TP from the start and let CP3 be free for setting up everybody else, turn the D and the bench up again and guess what...WE'RE IN THE FINALS!
