Apropos to nothing, I was wondering if we could group source a little project here. Watching Spurs-
Thunder tonight on TNT, the broadcast returned from a commercial for "Franklin and Bash" to a Thunder time out when it hit me -- Breckin Meyer should totally star in the biopic of "Steal My Thunder -- The Scott Brooks Story."

This is in addition to such other obvious casting decisions as John Lithgow as George Karl, Jim Carrey as Rick Carlisle and Scott Baio as Vinny Del Negro.

So what do you think? Can we come up with the perfect actor for each of the 30 current NBA coaches? We can throw in some obvious former coaches as well, like Leslie Nielson as Del Harris if you like.

Paul Giamatti as Stan Van Gundy?

Kevin Hart as Avery Johnson?

Fred Gwynne is the obvious choice for Kevin McHale -- too bad he's dead.
