The beaten up Clippers

So the Clippers hurt the Grizzlies' feeling and they responded by hurting the Clippers physically..Just wondering which is easier to deal with, a wounded spirit or a wounded body? Noted for their roughness ( a better term for grit and grind), the Grizzlies administered pain to the Clippers. There's no denying that the Clippers are hurting physically. Can they handle it?

The physicality of the playoff games does not outweigh the toughness of the mind and the heart. The Clippers has shown their resiliency in the many games where they came back from behind and won games. These games though we're not as physical as those as the Grizzlies. When bodily pain is administered effectively, the spirit could be willing but the body could be weak. There's no denying that our bigs can handle pain. Blake is tough so is CP3. However, the "frail ones" are the ones that are now targeted..Mo, Young and Bledsoe (Butler is already sidelined) I'm pretty sure that sooner or later Foye will be added to this list. These are our shooters and ball distributors mostly coming from our bench! Wound them and they become less effective in games where maximum efficiency is desired.

We have four bigs (Reggie and Martin are notorious) who can administer the same pain to the Grizllies shooters and ball distributors. We can give the Grizzlies the same dose of medicine and target Conley, Gay and Mayo.

As the saying goes " an eye for an eye" and an arm for an arm. We already have shown toughness of the heart and the mind...do we have toughness of the body?
